Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 large apple, chopped into bite-size pieces

  • 1/4 cup Red onion, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Almonds, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Honey

  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar

Directions

  • Add broccoli, blueberries, apple, onion, and almonds to bowl.

  • In separate bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, honey, apple cider vinegar together.

  • Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and combine.
