1/2 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
1 tsp. stevia or honey to taste (optional)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
2 tbsp. nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds, cashews) or low-sugar granola
Stir yogurt and sweetener together and mix thoroughly.
Layer the yogurt, the berries, and sprinkle with nuts or granola on top. Serve immediately.
