Ingredients

  • ¼ - ½ cup packed brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom or cinnamon

  • 6 cup sliced pear, apples, persimmons, or peaches

  • 3 tablespoon butter, melted

  • Greek yogurt, or oatmeal (optional)

  • Rolled oats

  • Pecans (optional)

  • Butter

  • Pumpkin spice: ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice & cloves

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

  • In a small bowl combine butter, brown sugar, pumpkin spice, and oats (with pecans if desired). 

  • Slice desired fruit and spread sliced fruit evenly in the prepared pan. 

  • Spread crumble over the fruit and bake, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes or until fruit is soft and starting to brown. Let cool slightly. 

  • Eat it by itself or serve over Greek yogurt or oatmeal!
