Ingredients

  • 6 cups of water or chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

  • 2 Carrots, finely chopped

  • 2 Celery stalks, finely chopped

  • 2 cups cabbage, finely shredded

  • 2 potatoes, cubed

  • 1 tablespoon bouillon or to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • 1/2 box your choice of Whole wheat pasta

Directions

  • In a lightly oiled pot, saut√© carrots and celery for about 8 min.¬†

  • Then add about 6 cups of water or chicken broth. Add cabbage and potatoes, cover and bring to boil.

  • Add bullion and pepper to taste, add pasta and boil until pasta is cooked and potatoes are fork tender.
