1 package fresh Brussel sprouts (not frozen)
3 tbsp. olive or grape seed oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Slice the Brussel Sprouts in half (length-wise).
Spread the oil on a 9x13” cookie sheet/aluminum baking pan.
Mix the brussels in the oil and sprinkle with the seasonings.
Roast for approximately 20 minutes, stirring once to ensure the brussels cook evenly.
