Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ cucumber

  • Juice of 1 orange

  • Water/ice

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and add water or ice until smoothie is the desired thickness
