Ingredients

  • 8 cups lettuce, chopped

  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, cubed

  • 1 cup cucumbers, sliced

  • 1/4 radishes, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons almonds, sliced

  • Dressing

  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • For dressing add all ingredients in a 16 oz mason jar.

  • Cover the jar with the lid and then shake until the dressing is combined.

  • Serve or refrigerate for up to 2-3 days.

  • Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.

  • Toss salad with dressing to taste and serve immediately.
