1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers, cubed
1 cup cucumbers, sliced
1/4 radishes, sliced
2 tablespoons almonds, sliced
Dressing
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
For dressing add all ingredients in a 16 oz mason jar.
Cover the jar with the lid and then shake until the dressing is combined.
Serve or refrigerate for up to 2-3 days.
Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Toss salad with dressing to taste and serve immediately.
