- 1 cup, Frozen Blueberries (do not thaw) 
- 4 tbsp. Truvia Baking Blend Natural Stevia Sweetener With Sugar 
- 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract 
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 
- 4 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 
- 1/4 cup, Greek Yogurt Plain 
- 1 large Ripe Avocado 
Directions
- Start by carefully removing the pit and skin from your avocado. 
- Add all ingredients in a blender or mixer (or with an immersion hand blender). 
- (While the blender is off and unplugged) Scrape the inside walls of the blender several times & blend until smooth & creamy. 
- Serve immediately! 
- Portions can be doubled to serve more people. Store leftovers in fridge.
