Traditional Chinese Dishes with Dr. Ching

Traditional Chinese Dishes

Ingredients

  • TOMATO EGG STIR FRY:
  • 3 ripe tomatoes (cut into wedges)

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. of sesame oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 tbsp. of chopped spring onion 

  • STIR FRY GREEN BEANS:
  • 1 pound (450 grams) of string beans

  • 4 cloves of garlic (minced)

  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil

  • 2 tbsp. of chili garlic sauce

  • CANTONESE STEAMED FRY:
  • 1 fillet of delicate white fish (tilapia/sea bass/flounder/fluke/swai/etc)

  • 2 spring onion (finely julienned)

  • 2 tbsp. ginger (finely julienned)

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 ½ tbsp. of soy sauce
