Traditional Chinese Dishes
Ingredients
TOMATO EGG STIR FRY:
3 ripe tomatoes (cut into wedges)
3 eggs
2 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp. of sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tbsp. of chopped spring onion
STIR FRY GREEN BEANS:
1 pound (450 grams) of string beans
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 tbsp. of olive oil
2 tbsp. of chili garlic sauce
CANTONESE STEAMED FRY:
1 fillet of delicate white fish (tilapia/sea bass/flounder/fluke/swai/etc)
2 spring onion (finely julienned)
2 tbsp. ginger (finely julienned)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 ½ tbsp. of soy sauce
