Ingredients
Fresh Salmon Portions of approximately 4 oz each
Fresh Lemon juice from 1 large lemon
Fresh or dried dill weed to taste
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Start by making a marinade of the olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Spread marinade over the salmon filets and put on a parchment-paper lined baking sheet.
Roast in a 400°F pre-heated oven for approximately 15 minutes or until only slightly pink in the middle.
